The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst! In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by monitoring, communicating, and tracking Federal, state, and local information in the regulatory, tax, and employment areas.

  1. Monitors, reviews, and analyzes regulatory changes, bulletins, and statistical reporting published by various legislative bodies, Departments of Insurance, Rating Bureaus, NCCI, and ISO, and prepares formal communications to the impacted business units.
  2. Conducts and leads compliance-related research and prepares detailed summaries related to regulatory changes and new product offerings.
  3. Prepares and independently files responses to service of process and consumer complaints.
  4. Coordinates and independently submits state regulatory and product-related filings, and data calls.
  5. Serves as a liaison to the Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation, Department of Financial Services, Secretary of State, and third-party administrators on compliance and state filing-related matters.
  6. Oversees and ensures the accuracy of the SharePoint compliance databases, trackers, and state filing status reports.
  7. Participates in ad hoc system testing and policy audits as directed.
  8. Independently gathers and prepares exhibits related to regulatory investigations.
  9. Maintains, develops, and delivers compliance training content and programs.
  10. Leads compliance audits, reviews standard procedures, and prepares formal recommendations.
  11. Manages company licenses including the submission of new licenses.
  12. Assists with contract preparation and review.



The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include possessing the working knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws regarding related aspects of the company, as well as knowledge of company services and products. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in insurance compliance or product-related role is required. Experience with SERFF, NCCI, ISO and IREFS and a Paralegal certification is preferred.
