The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time, on-site,Operations Application Support Analyst! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by taking an active leading role in supporting the various applications used by Frank Winston Crum Insurance.

1. Leads the role in triaging production support tickets.
2. Learns the Applications to the depth required to be able to properly support them.
3. Collaborates with the business units to ensure that the defect, properly identified and all supporting documentation is delivered so that the development team has minimal questions.
4. Develops test cases and acceptance criteria, to ensure that the defect is fully resolved before moving to production.
5. Identifies, with IT, all necessary data corrections that need to be created and ensures that the data corrections are scheduled, communicated and completed.
6. Works closely with IT and the DEV teams to support the software delivery process.
7. Operates and supports the services you own to the established SLAs.
8. Reviews Operational metrics, lead root cause analysis of issues, and drive appropriate resolutions.
9. Maintains excellent communication with Operations Management on all tasks and projects.
10. Assures compliance requirements are met for the Insurance area.

The Attributes We Seek

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field and/or 2+ years of applicable work experience in Commercial Insurance
2. Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts as well as communicate this information to technical and non-technical team members.
